Cable services are close to non-existent at my place though I always pay the bill on time

KARACHI: I have subscribed to the services of WorldCall Cable TV and my customer ID is 6944. But for over two weeks now, cable services are close to non-existent at my place though I always pay the bill on time. Not just me, but most of my friends who are utilising the services of the company also have the same complaint. Why is WorldCall Cable TV charging us when there’s no channel coming on? I have tried calling their customer service helpline to find that the wait is endless and was subjected to incessant voiceovers. I request the senior management of WorldCall to solve this issue immediately or refund my monthly subscription, along with that of everyone else who are facing the same predicament.
