Drone attack case: Court grants time to AG

ISLAMABAD:  

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted time to the advocate general Islamabad to argue on the transfer of a murder case registered against a former station chief of CIA by a drone victim. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui accepted Islamabad Advocate General Mian Abdur Rauf’s request seeking time to prepare arguments on the transfer of the murder case from the capital to Fata Secretariat. Rauf and Additional Attorney General Afnan Karim Kundi, appeared before the court on Thursday in response to notices earlier issued to them.
