Model-turned-actor Emily Ratajkowski and actor-singer Hailee Steinfeld stunned onlookers with their monochrome ensembles and we were left assured that these monotone looks will certainly spark another happening fashion trend worldwide.

The 24-year-old Gone Girl hottie wowed in white on the red carpet of the Creative Coalition’s Night Before Dinner in Washington. The London-born brunette paired white trousers with a matching flowing sleeveless top that trailed all the way to the floor. The avant-garde ensemble did a remarkable job accentuating the star’s sense of fashion — which clearly screams ‘modish yet sophisticated’. Sticking to her au naturel aesthetic, Emily styled her hair back in a mid-part and kept her makeup minimal but bronzy.

Hailee, recently hosted a benefit for the Girls Rock Camp Foundation and man, did she slay! The 19-year-old donned a refined all-black ensemble for the event, which took place at the famous Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. The True Grit star kept things unassuming but chic, boasting her fit form in a strapless jumpsuit with a moulded bust. A pair of pointed toe heels and a delicate necklace rounded out the urbane garb. Her raven locks were parted on the left and cascaded past her shoulders, while a slick of pale crimson lipstick and corresponding eye makeup added colour to the monotone outfit.
