Gunned down: Two bullet-riddled bodies found in Bannu

Their bodies were dumped in a field after they were brutally slain

BANNU:


At least two bullet-riddled bodies were found from a field within the jurisdiction of Mandan police station in Bannu on Tuesday.


Meta Khel tehsil councillor Muhammad Israr Jan told the police his 23-year-old nephew Muhammad Waseem and his friend were gunned down by unidentified men.

Their bodies were dumped in a field after they were brutally slain. The police registered an FIR against unidentified men and started investigation.

Separately, a woman was attacked over a minor dispute in Doctor Colony located within the jurisdiction of Saddar police station.

Yasmeen told the police she was brutally beaten by Asmat, Saima, Rehmat Bibi and Sakhi Zaman.

However, the accused managed to escape the site. An FIR was registered against the accused.
