Man kills stepmother, partner over 'illicit relations' in Kohistan

Idrees says Zainab Bibi developed relations with their neighbour when his father was out of town

KOHISTAN: A man killed his stepmother and her alleged partner accusing them of illicit relations in Kohistan district of Hazara division, K-P on Friday.

Police said Idrees shot dead 26-year-old Zainab Bibi and Israel Khan, son of Bani Amin for "being together when his father was out of town".

He later fled from the scene.



Police have registered a case against the accused on the complaint of Inamullah, deceased woman’s brother, and started investigation.

Earlier on Wednesday, two men shot dead their wives in separate incidents over domestic disputes in Punjab's Narowal city.

Similarly, on March 2, a man killed two of his sisters in Noorshah village of Sahiwal district as he 'doubted their character.'
