Nora Fatehi on multicultural upbringing and relationship with ‘Big Boss’ star Prince

MUMBAI: Bigg Boss Nau contestant Nora Fatehi has claimed that despite her Moroccan heritage and Canadian upbringing, she is purely Indian at heart. “My family is from Morocco and I was born and raised in Canada, but I’m an Indian for sure,” said Nora in an interview. “I came to India two and half years ago, and within that time, I have tried to do many things. I’m an artist. I dance, I act and I do a lot of other things that are related art. This is my space. I feel happiest when I am in it.”

Nora entered Bigg Boss Nau as a wild card entry and stayed for almost four weeks. During her time in the house, she managed to become one of the most talked-about participants of the season, primarily due to her romance with Prince Narula, the ultimate winner. Even though, Nora has recently denied dating him, she had previously claimed they were in a relationship, fuelling the controversy further. “What happened between Prince and me is technically not a controversy. There is nothing wrong in it. We liked each other. What we had was very sweet and innocent. When I entered the show, I supported him a lot and gave him a lot of advice,” said Nora.  “There was a nice connection and the audience loved that. A lot of people enjoyed [watching] me and Prince together and thought it was cute. For me, it was a beautiful experience.”



The show’s superstar host, Salman Khan, has previously given opportunities to former contestants of the show such as Sana Khan and Armaan Kohli to star in films. The media is rife with speculation as to whether Nora will be extended the gesture as well but the actor does not believe in chasing people for work. “Salman knows who I am and he said a lot of good things about me. He has a lot of respect for me and my work. We partied and chilled together and I even went to his farmhouse,” explained Nora.
