Two bullet riddled bodies found in coastal town of Pasni in Gwadar District

QUETTA: At least four militants were killed in a search operation in Lasbela district of Balochistan, on Tuesday.

"At least four militants were killed in an exchange of fire during a search operation in Lasbela district’s Winder," a FC spokesperson told The Express Tribune.

FC recovered a hand grenade and SMGs from the militants who were involved in kidnapping for ransom, extortion, attacks on security forces and other crimes.

The militants’ identities and information on what organisation they belonged to is not yet known.

Two bodies found in Pasni

Separately, two bullet-riddled bodies were found in the coastal town of Pasni in the Gwadar District of Balochistan.

According to the Pasni Police Station Officer (SHO) Imam Bahkash Baloch, the two were killed in exchange of firing with security forces in Ward no 7, Pasni. The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Pasni where they were identified as Younas Yousaf resident of Ward no 5 Pasni and Hanif, resident of Kulanch.

The family members of the victims claim that the two had gone missing two and half years ago. Younas reportedly went missing on February 20, 2013 and Hanif Kulanchi on June 23, 2015.
