Pakistan registered a seven-wicket win over Bangladesh in their last league match of the T20 Asia Cup Cricket Tournament for Blind at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kochi, India on Friday.


The Men in Green, who already qualified for the final on Thursday, remain unbeaten in the competition so far.

Opting to bat first, Bangladesh, despite a strong 101-run opening partnership, were restricted to 134-5 in their allotted 20 overs after Haroon Khan, Zeeshan Abbasi, Israr Hassan and Sajid Nawaz picked up a wicket each.

In reply, Pakistan reached their target comfortably in just 12.1 overs, closing play on 138-5. The Ayyaz Muhammad scored 28 off 16 balls, Haroon made 26 off 36 and unbeaten Zaid Mehmood ended the innings on 27 off 15.

Pakistan are now going to face arch-rivals India in the final, who claimed second place after defeating Sri Lanka by 32 runs.
