CPEC Route Change: Amir Muqam denies allegations

Amir Muqam said he wanted to include DI Khan and Fata and emphasised the fact that K-P was not being neglected

BATKHELA: Adviser to the Prime Minister Amir Muqam denied allegations on Saturday that the route of CPEC has changed. Speaking at the funeral of the wife of PPP former minister Laal Muhammad Khan in Thana, Muqam said the allegations levelled by politicians were baseless. He asked them to provide evidence for all they have said. According to the agreement, said Muqam, CPEC route includes G-B, eight districts of K-P and tracks from Punjab and Balochistan. He said he wanted to include DI Khan and Fata and emphasised the fact that K-P was not being neglected.
