Processor/Chipset:

The new smartphone comes with a chipset manufactured by MediaTek, the Dimensity 1200 Max 5G. This chipset runs along with a 3.0GHz octa-core processor. ARM G77 MC9 is being used as the GPU in this smartphone.

This is a powerful combination and even after hours of multitasking and running battery-draining applications, there were no signs of heating. The phone is using ARM G77 MC9 as the GPU to give good graphics experience to its users. The operating system on the new Reno 7 Pro is based on Android version 11. This operating system runs ColorOS 12 as the user interface. This is a relatively new user interface and has a lot of updated features.

Battery:

The phone consists of a 4500 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery pack. It also has the added feature of supporting 65W fast-charging technology. The phone also supports reverse charging.

This battery size is decent in terms of size, but it can easily be used for long hours which we had tested even when high-end games are played. A fast-charging technology of 65W is supported by the phone, which makes it easy to charge under an hour. There is also an added feature of reverse charging, which can be used to charge small devices.

When all the above features are discussed in details, we can clearly identify that although the chipset is a bit old, the overall performance is top-notch and hence we would definitely recommend this phone.
