On December 22, Vivo unveiled the new S12 smartphone line, as well as the Watch 2. The designs were published on Weibo as part of a teaser campaign, formally confirming prior leaks for the watch and phones.
The formal announcement was made on December 22 given the leaks. The smartphone is available in three colors: Island Blue, Warm Gold, and Shining Black, according to Vivo. The smartphone also comes in a fourth special green-blueish variant.
The S12 series contains a triple rear camera configuration with a 108MP primary camera. The front includes a notched display and a 50MP dual camera. The Vivo S12 is powered by the Dimensity 1200 SoC and contains a curved screen with flat corners.
The Watch 2 has a claimed and proven 7-day battery life and it supports independent communication through an e-SIM card. A heart-rate monitor, a step counter, and an integrated GPS are all included in the watch. The watch is readily available in many locations and comes with a price tag of around Rs. 31,500/=
