Over 16,000 complaints against cellular mobile operators (CMOs) were submitted to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) in May, and 98% of those issues were resolved.

PTA records show that 5,649 complaints were made against Jazz, 5,417 complaints were made against Telenor, 3,528 complaints were made against Zong, and 1,478 complaints against Ufone.

As of May 2022, the Authority had received 16,872 complaints from network users regarding a variety of telecom service providers, including cellular service providers, Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), long-distance international (LDI) service providers, wireless local loop (WLL) service providers, and internet service providers (ISPs).

A segment of the total telecom subscriber base is made up of cellular mobile users. As a result, this segment receives the most complaints.
