The Huawei Mate X2 smartphone was released in China earlier this year as the company's third-foldable smartphone. In China, the business released the Plain Leather variant of the same last month.
After much of anticipation, the Huawei Mate X2 Plain Leather Collector's Edition is now available in China. The item costs 19,699 Yuan, which approximately equals to $3,093.
A 16MP front selfie camera is housed in a pill-shaped notch on the 6.45-inch 90Hz cover OLED display. The foldable screen is an 8-inch OLED display with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz.
The smartphone, interestingly, is powered by Huawei's own Kirin 9000 processor, which allows 5G connection. Huawei hasn't been able to release a smartphone with 5G connection capability since the US slapped restrictions on the company.

A quad-camera arrangement features a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto sensor, and an 8-megapixel periscope lens in the camera department.
The Huawei Mate X2 Plain Leather Collector's Edition supports one-step split-screen, one-step small windows, and horizontal screen small windows for apps like games and films for a better experience. The majority of the top 200 apps in the Huawei App Market have also been optimized for large-screen use, according to the company.
It uses the company's EMUI 11 user interface, which is based on the HarmonyOS 2.0 OS. A 4,500mAh battery powers the phone, which also supports 55W rapid charging.
