Bkia: Capsules detected in man’s stomach

PESHAWAR: Capsules with illicit drugs were detected in the stomach of a passenger at Bacha Khan International Airport on Friday. Officials of the Anti-Narcotics Force said they shifted two suspicious passengers to the X-ray room for body search where one was found with capsules in his stomach. “He wanted to smuggle the capsules abroad,” said an official. The passenger was taken into custody and investigation was initiated. In a separate case, the force officials found 12 kilogrammes of drugs in the secret compartments of a vehicle in Kohat. The smuggler, who hailed from Orakzai Agency, was taken into custody.
