Local Government: Rule of Business approved by CM

Khattak gave the rules his nod of approval to be notified

PESHAWAR: The much discussed and long awaited Rules of Business for the newly-established local government system were approved by Chief Minister Pervez Khattak on Tuesday. According to insiders, the Local Government and Rural Development department drafted the bill and sent it to the chief minister soon after the elections. On Tuesday, Khattak gave the rules his nod of approval to be notified.
