Dropping Temperature: PMD forecasts more rains

The dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country in next 48 hours

ISLAMABAD: The current spell of rains marginally brought down temperatures in the capital and surrounding hilly areas, turning the weather pleasant particularly during the day time. The PMD has predicted more rains with thunderstorm at isolated places in the twin cities besides parts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and upper parts of the Punjab. PMD said rain with thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Except some isolated places in Malakand division, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas, the dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country in next 48 hours.
