New recruit: Former MPA joins PTI
The decision was announced following a meeting between Sharif and a PTI delegation led by Imran Khan
LAHORE:
A statement issued by the Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) on Saturday said that former Provincial Assembly Member Aajasim Sharif had left the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and joined the PTI.
It said the former MPA’s father Haji Sharif had also joined the PTI expressing confidence in the party’s leadership.
The decision was announced following a meeting between Sharif and a PTI delegation led by Imran Khan at the former’s residence near Mozang Adda.
