KARACHI: The deadlock for further dialogue on the grand alliance of different factions of the Muslim Leagues will come to an end after three months when PML-Q leader Chaudhry Shujat Hussain arrives in Karachi this Friday. On Tuesday, Hussain telephoned former president, Pervez Musharraf, spiritual leader of Hurs and chief of the PML-Functional Pir Pagara and seasoned politician Ghaus Ali Shah. There was no formal talk on the political alliance but he informed them about his arrival in the port city soon. Sources told The Express Tribune that the deadlock existed there on certain issues, including who will lead the new alliance and which parties will be invited to join.
