According to Miss Malini, he told Bollywood journalist Subhash K Jha: "I feel a little bit of sensitivity in the media can go a long way. It is not in good taste to show pictures of an accident victim with blood on her face. I am deeply saddened by this kind of intrusion at a critical time like this."
The veteran actor could not be present by his wife's side and was deeply disturbed when he heard the news. Times of India reported that he was in his Juhu Bungalow when he heard about the incident through sources and immediately switched on the television for updates.
"I was supposed to leave for Jaipur this morning to be by her side," explained Dharmendra. "But she told me there is no need. She is all right now. Recovering from the injuries. Luckily it was not serious. Our family is blessed to be loved by the entire nation. As long as we have the good wishes of all our fans no harm can come to us. Aap log aise hi humein pyar karte rahiye."

While social media cannot stop blaming the actress for the horrific incident, Hema put out an official statement expressing her grief on the loss of the child, reported Miss Malini.
"I am aware what the family must be going through after the loss of their daughter. In this hour of sorrow, I pray to Lord Shri Krishna to give strength to the family to bear this shock," said Hema.
The actress was discharged from the hospital earlier this morning on "the request of family members" and is on her way to Mumbai.
