ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore Regional Bureau received 1,616 complaints and disposed of 1,240 during January- May 2015. Director General NAB Lahore said this while briefing bureau’s chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry. During 2015, NAB Lahore has authorised 51 complaint verifications, 237 inquiries and completed 115 while 122 inquiries were under process, he said. The regional bureau authorised 156 investigations during the current year out of which 76 were completed while 80 were under process. Moreover, NAB Lahore arrested 44 accused during 2015.
