KARACHI:

It’s time to take stock:

What was significant in 2014’s style directory? Couple of years hence, we will have down pat the traditionally-modish high-waisted lehenga or the come-back of the retro-chic waistcoats; chunky accessories that finally made sense or bejeweled dupattas that enticed senses. Time will tell. Meanwhile, as the year draws to a close, we have a cheat sheet of the year’s style parade. Sporting clever silhouettes, some of the hottest Pakistani celebs have been scorching red carpets throughout the four seasons. With an assortment of attention-grabbing designs donned by sensual models to designers that gripped the technique of trends tight, Pakistan was raring to go. From daring designs and intricate tailoring to crisp suits and chic ensembles, there was a gamut of trendy styles that conquered 2014 to become one fashion orchestra. Let’s see which stars graduated with top scores and crowned fashion rockstars 2014.
