Traffic Death: Man killed in accident

RAWALPINDI: A shopkeeper was killed after being struck by a garbage truck in Rawat Police Station jurisdiction on Saturday. Nadir Ahmed was going to his shop in a nearby locality when the truck hit him on Chak Beli Road. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, Salman Ali lodged a report with the same police that his Honda-125 motorcycle had been stolen from outside his house in Bahria Town, Phase-VIII. The police registered separate cases and investigation is under way.
