LAHORE:

Nothing hits the spot better after a rough week than a good spa day. Whether it’s going for a massage, a facial or a scrub, both men and women need to pamper themselves to revitalise the mind, body and soul.

Nirvana Day Spa & Salon opens up its latest facility in Lahore, located in DHA Phase V, the location is ideal for clients who want to escape the city’s hustle and bustle and yet not be too far away to relax and enjoy their day.

Chairman Nirvana Day Spa, Salon & Cafe Ayaz Lakhani of HAANZ Group talks to The Express Tribune about the project. “At present Nirvana Day Spa & Salon consists of more than 200 multi-disciplined professionals who are progressively increasing as Nirvana is venturing into other cities of Pakistan with its state-of-the art building at Lahore,” says Lakhani.

Nirvana Day Spa, Salon and Café’s first outlet in Islamabad has made a name for itself, offering a quiet sanctuary to the residents of the city to visit and relax. The operation in Lahore is however tenfold in size and luxury. “Islamabad does not have a commercial area to attract that kind of clientele hence it was logical to open a mega facility catering to Lahore’s expansive clientele,” explains Lakhani.

Nirvana was created with the sole purpose of providing wellness and tranquility to the “Mind and Body. To achieve this philosophy they offer; body-therapies, (massages, body-wraps and scrubs), facial-therapies, (skin peels, facials and masks), hand and feet treatments, (complete spa manicure and spa pedicure), hair and beauty (scalp treatments, hair color, make-up and haircuts). With both male and female technicians hired from the Philippines along with hair and make-up experts from Lebanon, the facility has a truly international feel to it. “It took us close to four years to put this project together with the entire interior done by my wife,” continues Lakhani, “everything has been handpicked and designed for the facility, we did not want to compromise on the quality of materials used.”

The facility currently has a nail bar, hair and make-up salon along with 30 treatment rooms; 15 for men and 15 for women. Couples rooms are also available for clients to share. “Soon we will be adding a gym and a boutique to the facility to give our clients a comprehensive experience.” Facilities like Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Relaxation Lounge make the spa not only well rounded but attractive as well. Furthermore a weight Loss Clinic is to be introduced shortly.
