Deadly rivalry: Two murdered over old enmity

BAHAWALPUR: Two men were murdered over a rivalry late on Friday near Hasilpur.

According to Qayampur police, Yaseen and Nazar were returning from Hasilpur. “Their rivals Shahbaz and Bakht attacked them with axes and knives. Yaseen and Nazar died on the spot,” police said.

Police said Muhammad Sadiq, a passer by, was also injured when he tried to intervene.
