a budget of PKR 15.95 billion for 2014-15 or 159.5 million USD. while for the year 2013-14 the budget was less by 77% or 90.11 million US dollar.

Compare this with the budget of India administered Kashmir for the year 2013-14 - it was 7.25 billion USDollar just 80 times bigger than that of said Azad Kashmir . Where is the said Azadi and development? A matter to ponder.
