ISLAMABAD: PTI chief Imran Khan has appealed to the nation to boycott Geo TV and the newspapers published under Jang Group. Addressing the participants of Azadi March, the PTI chief said the owner of Jang Group first launch a campaign against armed forces and now it had become the media cell of the PML-N and running a campaign against him. “It receives funds from abroad and wants to impose foreign agenda in the country,” he said. Imran said the Jang Group had started running ads against the government of the PML-N, when the government asked them to pay taxes. “They are blackmailers,” he added. The PTI chief however, clarified he was not against the people working in the group, but against the people who were trying to control Pakistan from Dubai.
