Says the perpetrators of these heinous acts of terror cannot shun the justice of God.

Dr Aamir invites families of terror victims

On the tenth day of Pakistan’s largest live Ramazan transmission – Pakistan Ramazan – famous broadcaster Dr Aamir Liaqat Hussain invited families of the people who became a victim of bomb blasts and targeted killing in Karachi.


These special guests included the family of a Rickshaw driver, who was killed in a bomb blast two months ago, the father of a policeman who had died with SSP Chaudhry Aslam in a suicide attack as well as the widow and daughter of political worker, who had succumbed to fatal injuries following an attack on Benazir Bhutto’s convoy in 2007.

Talking to these families, who spoke of their plight after the death of their beloved ones, Dr Aamir said the perpetrators of these heinous crimes might escape the clutches of law in this world but could not escape the justice of God.

The segment ‘Qassasul Quran’ in which Dr Aamir narrates the incidents in the lives of different prophets of God also captivated the audiences, who listen to these stories with great attention and reverence.

As usual the show also included ‘Pakistan Ghar’ quiz show, in which a large number of guests got precious prizes including motorcycles, umrah tickets, Hajj packages as well as mobiles and laptops.

During the segment ‘Rahay Naiki’, Dr Aamir continued to help needy families. On the 10th of Ramazan, Hussain Bakhsh was invited to the show, whose four children are suffering from cancer.

As Bakhsh narrated his miseries, the audience could not resist their emotions and immediately extended assistance for the treatment of his children suffering from cancer.

People present on the set and those watching the show from across the globe contributed to help the ailing children.

As the people donated hundreds of thousands of rupees for the treatment of Bakhsh’s children, Dr Aamir announced to provide food items for the family and also presented Bakhsh with an auto rickshaw so that he can earn livelihood for his family.

The show also included a special remembrance of the holy personalities of Islam and Dr Aamir Liaqat Hussain especially talked about the sacrifices and elevated standing of Hazrat Khadija (RA) and the Prophet’s (PBUH) uncle Hazrat Abu Talib.
