Citizens deprived of three bikes

A house was robbed and three motorcycles were stolen in the New Town area of Rawalpindi during the last 12 hours.


In the first incident, Ameer Muawia told the local police that four armed robbers broke into his house and held his family hostage.

They looted cash, jewellery and other valuables and fled on two motorcycles. Meanwhile, Azeemul Azam reported to the same police that armed motorcyclists intercepted him on Sixth Road and snatched his motorcycle (RIK-8000) at gunpoint.

Separately, Ahmed lodged a complaint that thieves stole his motorcycle (RLD-4455) from outside his house and Ali Asghar told the police that his motorcycle had been stolen from the porch of his house.

Meanwhile, a man was deprived of his car in the limits of Margalla Police Station. Rashid Qayyum lodged a report with the local police that auto-thieves stole his car (LZD-3259) from outside a shop in F-8 Markaz. The police registered a case against the thieves but have not found any clue of the car yet.
