Emergency: Valuables worth Rs10.85m burnt

Rescue officials said their effort had helped save valuables worth Rs6 million

DERA GHAZI KHAN: Valuables worth Rs10.85 million burned on Friday when a shop caught fire in Saddar, Rescue-1122 officials said. No injuries were reported.

They said the fire, which had broken out due to an electric short circuit, had spread to a garments’ shop and a snooker club. They said they had evacuated six nearby shops to avoid further damage. They said their effort had helped save valuables worth Rs6 million.
