Dead body of a woman found in a gunny bag in Peshawar

Police took the body in custody and shifted it to a local police station.

PESHAWAR: The dead body of a woman was found stuffed in a gunny bag near the northern bypass within the jurisdiction of Chamkani police station on Thursday.

Police said that the body of the woman was decomposed and it was not possible to establish her identity.

“She looked in her early 30s and was wearing a red dress,” they added.

Police took custody of the body and shifted it to a local police station.
