Karachi residents arrested for allegedly smuggling fake medicines to Malaysia

Suspects also wanted by Dubai police for the same crime.

KARACHI: Two smugglers, wanted by the Dubai police, were arrested in Karachi for attempting to smuggle fake medicines to Malaysia, Express News reported on Monday.

The two men, identified as Shah Faisal and Jamal Durrani, were arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) when the suspects were on their way to Malaysia from Jinnah International Airport.

According to initial investigation by the FIA, the men had supplied fake drugs in Dubai as well and were wanted by Dubai police.

Both Durrani and Faisal were residents of Saeedabad area of Karachi.

The criminals are there in all religions all casts and all Nationalities.
