The former Hannah Montana star has been hell-bent on destroying her goody-two-shoes image.

Miley Cyrus had a good time as she showed off her moves during the first show to kick off her Bangerz Tour on Friday. The 21-year-old delivered quite the spectacle at the Roger Arena, complete with outrageous outfits, little people, a tongue-shaped slide and a back-up dancer dressed up as former US President Bill Clinton.

The most shocking moment of that night was when Miley performed a racy song with the Clinton impersonator during her Party in the USA finale number. The singer was dressed in a red-white-and-blue outfit that consisted of a high-cut sparkly leotard, star-spangled cowboy boots and a Stetson hat. Miley crouched low while her masked partner grooved to the music in front of her.

The Wrecking Ball star wasn’t afraid of heights either as she belted out a tune while standing on a huge hot dog and wearing a fluffy yellow jacket that reminded one of Tweety from the Loony Tunes. An Americana theme was prevalent in most of the performance, as one of Miley’s dancers dressed up as the Statue of Liberty and another one donned a Liberty Bell. Miley’s set featured 12 costume changes, including a leotard prettily embellished with marijuana leaves and a daring red-sequin bodysuit. Miley wore the cannabis leotard while performing her favourite twerking dance moves on the bonnet of a gold car.

Prior to her performance Miley shared an Instagram video from backstage. She recently shared shots of herself rehearsing, including a snap of herself dancing in front of a man wearing a giant blue animal head, spiked collar and matching fur gloves alongside the caption: ‘#bangerztour rehearsals!’ It’s clear that she is going all out for this tour.
