NEW DELHI: A court in New Delhi has ordered Pakistani singer Adnan Sami to hand over his estate to his ex-wife Sabah Galadari on Wednesday, reported the Express News.

The singer, who has been residing in India for the past couple of years, had been married to Dubai based Arab Sabah in 2001. They filed for divorce in 2009.

Since then, the two have been fighting each other in a legal battle. Earlier, Adnan Sami claimed that he went bankrupt as he could not pay a Rs1 million service tax to his ex-wife, reported bollywoodlife.com.

Reacting to Wednesday's court decision, Sami has said that he will appeal to the court regarding this particular order.

Sami has also been reportedly asked to leave India due to his Visa expiration.

These are his personal problems and mostly his own doing. Secondly he was born in England, at present a Canadian Citizen and uses Canadian Passport to travel around. I don't know why he is called a Pakistani.
