A day after Pakistan’s lower house of parliament passed a resolution condemning the execution of Jamaat-e-Islami leader Abdul Quader Molla, Bangladesh’s ministry of foreign affairs summoned Pakistan’s top envoy in Dhaka to register its protest.
Pakistan High Commissioner Afrasiab Mehdi Hashmi was summoned on Tuesday evening to meet foreign ministry secretary Mostafa Kamal, the Daily Star reported.
“The war crimes trials are an internal matter,” Bangladesh’s Foreign Minister A H Mahmood Ali told reporters. Denouncing “uncalled for resolutions” on the verdicts of the war crimes trials in Pakistan, Ali said “it is tantamount to interference in our domestic affairs.”
The foreign minister insisted that Pakistan had acted beyond diplomatic norms in adopting the resolution.
“The trial of the war criminals will go on. No international conspiracy will be able to obstruct it,” he said.

I am disagree with view of liberation war. It was not liberation war,it was a conspiracy against the integrity soiliderity and stabilty of the country Pakistan.A conspiracy was hatched by India and Russia and dismemberment happened in the result. First time I have seen the court which is playing a role of prosecution.Under planned conspiracy a special court was constituted who carried out its obligations received by concerned quarters.Notewithstanding the fact that he was not involved in murder or rape cases He was a cleric and had vast knowledge regarding humanity and fundamental principle of Islam. He was innocent absolutely innocent but convicted and sentenced to death

Islam: Baseless allegation have been leveled in your comments. against the person exected by the banladesh government He was innocent not involved in any case you descried as rape etc. He opposed the unrest/upheaval which was being supported by India under a conspiracy. In fact they had desire to dismember Pakistan. Every country,under a global law can raised voice against unjustice,attrocities and illegalities. what did Abdul Quader Molla he committed no crime but did according to his concience.

Abdul Quader Mollah WAS NOT EXECUTED for supporting Pakistan during the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. Rather he was tried and convicted with the capital punishment for his involvement in the heinous crime like murder, rape, arson etc. to the innocent people at that time in the name of 'protecting united Pakistan'. He has been tried in the 'International Crimes Tribunal' with adequate legal opportunity to defend himself. No firm objection has been made by any quarter regarding the standard of the Tribunal. His case was further heard for 49 days in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh who sentenced him with the capital punishment. The verdict consisted of 790 pages which means that the honourable Court has taken a thorough consideration to the issue. Even after that, Mr. Mollah went for a review of the verdict which, after a short hearing, had been dismissed by the court. The execution of Mr. Abdul Quader Mollah has been made observing the due process of law.
HOW COME PAKISTAN PARLIAMENT PASS A RESOLUTION DENOUNCING SUCH AN PROCEDURE OF LAW OF A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY!!
I agree with the Bangladesh Government on this. If Pakistan Government is so adamant in fighting the case of the convicted leader, I think passing resolutions in Parliament will serve no purpose. If Pakistan actually means business, the government of Pakistan should lodge an official complaint against disparities in the legal procedings of the Bangladesh Courts in the International Court of Justice and with various Human Rights watch dogs.
