The prisoners, who had been arrested for different charges including having expired visas, were handed over to Pakistan Rangers officials at Wagah Border.
This is the first such response from across the border to Pakistan's release of 364 Indian prisoners last month. The prisoners include 340 fishermen and 24 crew members of Indian vessels, a statement issued to The Express Tribune had said.
Edhi Foundation Lahore provided food, cold drinks, juices and biscuits to released prisoners at the border.
Later, Rangers officials handed over four of the prisoners to Edhi Foundation, which shifted them to Edhi Home Gulberg.
Pakistani authorities had announced last month that there were 485 Pakistani prisoners inside Indian jails as opposed to 386, which was stated by India.

Warnings are only meant to be given to people visiting Pakistan.
Who on earth would like to visit India from Pakistan, these poor people must have some family in India otherwise warning has been issued by Pakistani govt about visiting India.
We would like to see if India could do the same to the people from the rest of the world.

@Pakistani: Every country has a law that any illegal can be arrested, detained and deported. Pakistan has the same law too. That the countries may choose not to arrest is up to them. It is certainly legal to arrest illegal aliens.
Never heard before if any country make prisoner people on expiry of visa.
