Tourism Through Photography: WCLA to organise photowalk

Photographer Sarah Naqvi said, “The photo walk would be a good learning experience for amateur photographers.”

LAHORE: The Walled City of Lahore Authority is arranging a photo walk titled Walk Through the City of Wonders with Your Camera from Lohari gate to the Fort Road Food Street on September 14, The Express Tribune has learnt. Talking to The Express Tribune, Tania Qureshi, a communication expert at the WCLA, said, “This event will help attract domestic and international tourism.” Amna Qamar, a photographer, who will be a part of this walk said, “I’m looking forward to capturing the rich architecture of the walled city. It will be an experience of a lifetime.” Asif Zaidi, a senior photographer, said, “It is a great initiative as the photography will promote the beauty and architecture of the Mughal era.” Sarah Naqvi, another photographer, said, “The photo walk would be a good learning experience for amateur photographers.”
