Flood Stricken: Minister promises boats for rescue

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanvir Hussain on Sunday visited the flood hit areas of Muridke tehsil, Ferozwala and the surrounded areas. The minister said the government would stand by the flood stricken people. “Boats will be arranged to rescue people and save their lives. Negligence in relief and rescue efforts will not be tolerated,” he said.
