An official of the security forces said a loud explosion occurred near a heavy vehicle which was part of a security forces convoy at Kamar check post.
The convoy was reportedly en route to Mirali from Miranshah.
The official added a powerful remote-controlled device had been planted by unidentified militants on the roadside just metres away from the check post.
“The device was detonated resulting in the deaths of at least four officials. Casualties may rise in the near future.”
The official further said the explosion occurred during a curfew imposed on the entire agency.
The deceased along with the injured were taken to Combined Military Hospital Bannu and a security forces medical unit in Miranshah.

Pakistan army is completely un-able to meet the threat of these culprits. So asking U.S. to stop the drone attacks is fully un-justified instead now U.S. should ask to enter in the cities and villages and kill these barbaric Taliban.
Can we regard this as "surface drones" by Taliban? If IK can say US violates sovereignty of Pakistan what about this?

Pakistanis are getting a taste of their medicines.
Just like it is said that Wolves may lose their teeth but not their nature and it applies to Taliban as well. The present day Taliban are barbarians and nothing else and just exterminate them and this is the only viable solution for Pakistan. Also forget Imran Khan and even PMLN as Imran Khan is the same person who went against Swat operation and called for talks but Army and PPP along with ANP never listened that time and now Swat valley is peaceful and this time as well no need to listen to PTI and just launch the full scale operation in Waziristan and in neighboring regions and end this menace for good.
