Pure food: Food authority seals four ice factories

LAHORE: Four ice factories were sealed by the Punjab Food Authority, during a crackdown against ice factories using unclear moulds and unsafe water. Three factories in Chungi Amer Sidhu were sealed for not using filtration plants for purifying the water used for making ice.   Another factory on Multan road was sealed for being unhygienic and not using filtration plants. The crackdown against ice factories is likely to continue.
