Quite clear that Taliban are not the biggest threat to elections in Karachi.

A national news channel just showed footage of clear rigging at NA-250, where a man was placing dozens of ballots into a box until the police simply kicked him out. He should have been arrested for vote fraud! Absolutely abysmal scenes being reported from Karachi.

Any update on NA-250? Has polling started?
