Graduation ceremony: Passing out at ANF Academy

A large number of officials attended the graduation ceremony of Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) at ANF Academy on Thursday. Ministry of Narcotics Control Federal Secretary Seerat Asghat was the chief guest on the occasion, said a press release.


The passing out officials belonging to Balochistan including 04 Sub-Inspectors, 03 Assistant Sub Inspectors and 33 constables, were recruited under Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan Package, hence providing special opportunity for people of Balochistan to actively participate as government functionaries.

In his speech, the chief guest congratulated the passing out officials and officers, saying that it was a matter of pride for him that the performance of ANF is touching new heights which reflects dedication and hard work of all members of the force. He also appreciated ANF’s training teams for their professional and untiring efforts. He expressed the hope that the passing out officers and officials will play their role efficiently to curb the menace of drug use.

ANF Academy commander, while highlighting salient features of training, said that the six-month long course included training of rules and regulations, character building, firing, judo karate, raids and search and Service Ethics.
