Vehicle tax defaulters: Excise dept to launch drive from Apr 29
The purpose of the campaign is to identify the vehicles playing on the roads without paying tax.
KARACHI:
The Sindh Excise and Taxation (E&T) Department has completed preparations to launch a drive to recover motor vehicle tax from defaulters.
A comprehensive road-checking campaign will start on April 29 throughout the province and will continue till May 3.
E&T director-general Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui said that all relevant directors have been issued the necessary instructions and the purpose of the campaign is to identify the vehicles playing on the roads without paying tax.
