FAISALABAD: Punjab Population Welfare Department has re-registered 8,400 couples to provide them a new performa under the Family Planning Programme. District population welfare officer Mansoor Ahmad said the registered couples would be given special incentives to raise awareness about planned parenthood. He said it was important for couples to meet the targets set by the department. Ahmad said a special performa would be provided to the couples for re-registration at tehsil level.
