The two companies have been working extensively to develop a branchless ecosystem which will offer a range of customised products and services tailored to suit the evolving needs of various stakeholders, said the release.

Definitely agree with you Nabeel ........ It's been so may years that this bank is doing business and still nothing with online banking ....... All you have to do is either deal by going to the branch or through telephone ........ which is a surprise as most of small banks are giving the online banking facility in Pakistan ............ Strange
Of all the major banks in Pakistan, I have found Bank Alfalah to be the most "customer-unfriendly". They opened up like a big bloom but than failed to meet up the expectations. Their systems are often down, long queues, unfriendly customer relations officers and the highest charging rate of 'cheap' facilities like online banking, mobile banking and ATM transfers.
