Open ‘Gangnam Style’: Climactic six sees Pakistan to victory

It was Pakistan’s first game in almost three months, and their first bilateral tour of India in five years — and they sealed it ‘Gangum Style’ after Shoaib Malik clobbered a climactic straight six to see Pakistan home with two balls to spare.

In a thrilling first Twenty20 International between the sporting world’s greatest rivals, Pakistan defeated India by five wickets to record their first ever T20 win over their archrivals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Tuesday.

Chasing a modest 133 for nine, the visitors recovered from a precarious start (12 for three) and cruised to victory — notwithstanding a challenging 10 runs in the final over.
