Pakistan Telecommunications Company (PTCL) has opened a revamped One Stop Shop (OSS) outlet in Abbottabad Cantt, said a press release issued by the company here on Thursday.
PTCL is currently remodeling its flagship OSS across the country.
“Customer satisfaction is our top priority,” said SEVP Commercial Naveed Saeed, while addressing the opening ceremony.
PTCL’s nationwide 191 OSS outlets are facilitating customers in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments and payments under one roof.
“We want to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere at our One Stop Shops,” said Executive Vice President, Customer Care, Kamran Malik.
In addition to the OSS, customers are also facilitated through its 1,236 helpline and online services.
