Balochistan Violence: Four dead in blasts, gun attack

QUETTA: Gun attacks and landmine explosions killed four people and wounded two others in the Bolan and Dera Bugti regions on Monday.

According to Levies officials, a landmine exploded near a village in the Shoran area of the Bolan district, killing two persons and injuring one. Another man identified as Mohammad Ali was killed in a landmine blast in the Kurdan area of the Dera Bugti district.

According to a report, the man was riding a camel when the landmine blast occurred. On the same day, Liaquat Ali Abro, a resident of Bagh, was fatally shot by unidentified men. In a separate incident in the same Bagh area, Sagar Kumar, a Hindu trader, was wounded by armed men when he resisted a snatching attempt.

The attackers took away his motorcycle and fled.
