The model kept things simple by going accessory-free and keeping the focus on her dress and pout.
Hair
Girls who have thick hair around the crown area are the luckiest. They get to experiment with crazy Bruno Mars inspired quiffs to Amy Winehouse inspired beehive puffs. Zaara is one of those lucky ones which is why she opted for a centre quiff and kept the rest of her hairstyle low key. To get this hairstyle, back comb your bangs and pin them in the centre of your crown with a bobby pin.
Make-up
The model went for the typical glam night out make-up combo that is winged eyeliner and a bold pout while keeping rest of the face make-up free. If you haven’t mastered the art of creating the perfect wing, one of the tips to keep the wing of both eyes similar is to put a scotch tape at an angular position from the centre of your lower lash line to the outer corner of the eyes and draw a line. This technique will hopefully create the same angle on both eyes. To get a coral pout like Zaara’s, get your hands on MAC’s Matte lipstick in So Chaude shade and make heads turn.
Accessories
We love this floor grazing illusion-inspired print. The model has kept things understated by not wearing too many accessories or any other colour for that matter to keep the focus on her dress. Many fashion brands such Debenhams, Mango and Monsoon have brought maxi dresses to Pakistan and one can wear them to a family function (with a dupatta ofcourse) or to a fashion event with the right kind of accessories. Invest in a good maxi dress while the summer lasts. It will cost you Rs5,000 to Rs7,000 but you will thank us when you’ll find yourself being right on trend at every event.
Outfit
Zaara smartly avoided looking as busy as a newspaper by not accessorising much. Her dress has a lot going on and we totally salute her for making the right decision of not piling her hands and neckline with too many bling blings. The model went for small ruby studs which are available at cheaper prices in jewellery shops such Accessorize and Mango for not more than Rs2,000.
