Arab Imperialism. Non-Arab follow them blindly as if moon sighting is big deal.
Saudis have been following pre-set calendar for many years. They are just pretending to follow actual moonlighting. Saudis and their fellow kingdoms started ramazan a day earlier. There was no possibility astronomically to start ramazan on the day they started.
