Asghar Khan case: Ex-ISI chief admits money distributed through MI officials
Durrani said that he can also name the officers who acted as the couriers if the court asks him to.
In his statement, Durrani maintained that he distributed only Rs70 million out of the total Rs140 million and the remaining money was deposited in ISI’s special fund account. He added that he distributed the money on the orders of then army chief General Aslam Beg.
Air Marshal (retd) Asghar Khan, in his petition filed in 1996, had requested the court to look into allegations that the ISI had provided Rs140 million to create the Islamic Jamhoori Ittehad to harm Benazir Bhutto’s election campaign.

We should not talk against SC at this stage. Things are moving in their logical and normal pace. Mysteries are getting cleared. Why shout for decision ?

Asghar Khan Case has made Pakistan a laughing stock. It is not only mockery of Pakistan but the people as well. Conspiracies are hatched against PPP since its inception. Younis Habbib very clearly mentioned that he was compelled to level fabricated cased against Asif Ali Zardari. What is the compensation for damage that PPP received from IJI. Nawaz Sharif today is trying to become the champion of democracy was the main culprit. Doesn’t he deserve a capital punishment? Earlier Saif ur Rehman confessed that Zardari was charged on graft cases leveled on the direction of Nawaz Sharif and now Younis Habib repeated the same story. What is the legal position of these cases against Asif Zardari? Would honorable CJP take any sue moto on this issue?

70 million went back to special account? court should investigate this money first then money given to politicians, I mean which politician will not accept easy money for his election campaign.
Indulging in corruption, undermining civilian institutions, the army and ISI were simply protecting our, or rather their, 'national interests'. Shameful.

@Mirza: You are right that the case is clear and everybody is admitting the crime but this is not what Our Holy Judges are looking for, otherwise a killer has also admitted and was garlanded right in the court house. What they are looking for is a letter and some who do not admit what hey have not done. Got the 'Islamic Qazi's interpretation'.

The case is clear; everybody is admitting their role in siphoning the money illegally and stealing the elections from PPP/BB. Yet there is no sign of PCO SC making any decision. The proofs against HH are solid but all these lists, names, money, admission of guilt, are not clear proofs? When would the court make any decision, hopefully in the life of the Air Marshal?
